How to avoid extra fees

  • If you booked the cheap Lite fare, you have NO checked bag — add one at booking or pay much more at the airport.
  • Pre-book excess baggage online (at least 4 hours before departure) to nearly halve the airport per-kg rate.
  • Keep each checked piece at or below 32 kg — single pieces above that are not accepted.
  • Student fares get a higher 25 kg domestic checked allowance — ask if eligible.
